Data in the app

The app itself does not collect or transmit personal data. It has no accounts, ads, in-app purchases, proprietary server communication, or analytics SDK.

Your play history, completion history, and settings are stored on your device and are not sent outside the app.

Support email

If you choose to send a support email, Pitatto Studio receives your email address and message only as needed to respond to your inquiry.

Please do not include personal information that is not needed for a response. We do not use the message for advertising or behavioral analytics.

Retention and deletion

We retain support email only for as long as needed to respond to the inquiry and handle directly related follow-up. We delete it after that purpose has ended.

You may request deletion by writing to the same support address. We will delete it unless retention is required by law or needed to address a dispute.

Services we do not use

We do not use a proprietary form, user account, ticket system, or proprietary server for storing support requests. We do not promise an automated reply, response deadline, or 24-hour support.

The source for this official site includes no analytics, tracking, cookies, or external forms. After publication, the hosting provider may process technical access information under its own policy.
